Cancellation Policy
There will be a 75% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment. All no-show and same day cancellations will incur a 100% fee. Your deposit is transferable for one reschedule. All other rescheduled appointments will require a new deposit. We do not service children 12&under. If you book for a child, your appointment will be canceled and is non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you adhere to the policies provided by Bold Essence Beauty.
